Fabulous coop -- I can't think of a single complaint the entire time I was an owner there. Garbage taken out daily, $20 gym membership that covers everyone in your unit, and 2 dedicated parking passes with no wait time, and incredible maintenance services if needed. Hard to come by a place better than this in the area.
