They have bed bugs, roaches. The landlord is horrible. Will be suing! Had to get rid of all my clothes and furniture! To remind you bed bugs are extremely hard to get rid of!

Fabulous coop -- I can't think of a single complaint the entire time I was an owner there. Garbage taken out daily, $20 gym membership that covers everyone in your unit, and 2 dedicated parking passes with no wait time, and incredible maintenance services if needed. Hard to come by a place better than this in the area.
