Being Autism spectrum, I am used to getting ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They over charged me for years and when I complained about a $900 (residential) bill amount that I paid and then got another large bill the next month. I called and asked what was going on and no response. They they put a $2,500 lean on my property. $900+$2,500=$3,400. @ $20 per month is over 14 years that they charged me for services. Stay away from these criminals.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They broke a wheel on my dumpster and then said they would switch it out. That was a month ago. Called to see why and was treated horribly and still no new garbage can. Cancelled service. Alot better companies and better price.

I think the service is wonderful. Sometimes when my Wife or I forget to bring the trash down to the curb, they will grab it from the side of our house. I have never had a trash company do that in 25 years of paying for trash. They only downfall, I wish there were a way to pay the bill online.

Always very helpful and quick to address any problems. They are environmentally conscious as well and work with local recycling.

Terrible experience with Palmer & Sons. Have since terminated service. There were several weeks where the recycle did not get picked up. This last time time they said to leave it down and they would come back to get it the next day. We are now on the 6th straight day of having recycle at the end of my driveway after calling them on each of the last 4 days. Never an apology for the lack of service. Started new service with Garbage Guys and the new containers arrived on the same day. Kudos to Garbage Guys!!!
