This place is amazing. From the moment I walk in they made me feel comfortable & safe. I was lucky enough to get Tim and he was very personable and walked me through everything. He knew it was my first wax and I will definitely come back. Plus Zsa Zsa was very welcoming and demanding of chest pets and I loved that.
I booked the deluxe Hydrafacial (valued at $249), but when I got in the room, I was told the machines were overbooked. They strongly encouraged me to switch to the Glo2 facial—an oxygen-based treatment—and added a sheet mask, blue light, extractions, and an arm massage to make up for it. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the last-minute switch and voiced concern, but ultimately agreed.
