This company owns the 24 Hour pay to park lot on Laurel St. Its the only one like it in the city of Fort Collins so no one expects to have to pay during the evening and weekend. Shady business practices with deceptively small signage. It's a scam for a $65 fee (or higher if towed) through Schmer's towing. The tow drivers are rude, unprofessional and threaten residents.
