I was really disappointed with our experience with Steve Bradley. His personality just doesn’t fit the type of work he does. He came off very cold and at times joked around way too much, which was extremely uncomfortable given what our family was going through. During arrangements, he forgot things we had already discussed and we constantly felt like we had to repeat ourselves.
