WONDERFUL! – In October my husband and I got married in Carmel, IN. When planning the wedding I was very stressed about finding a florist because I’m not a huge flower person. Best Florist in Indy! – I used Tim Kelley, Palmer Kelly Designs for my outdoor wedding. When I showed up to the wedding/reception site the flowers were so beautiful that I cried. Fabulous Florist with attention to every detail – Tim Kelley has fabulous flowers and taste! I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and he was so personable and easy to work with. When Tim had some last minute questions on the day before my wedding, he had such a calm voice that I relaxed just talking with him. WORST IN TOWN – The WORST Florist in Indianapolis. He cancelled on us the week of our wedding! After working with him for 3 months, he gave us only days to find another florist. He was RUDE and had no remorse. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT use Tim Kelley for your floral needs!
