I’ve been living here for two months and love it! There’s plenty of parking, I never struggle to find a spot. You have an option to purchase a spot or even a garage space if that is a concern though. The amenities are well taken care of. Neighbors are respectful. I’ve had one minor maintenance issue and it was handled within a day. They also have maintenance staff that is on call to help should anything happen later in the day. Overall I’ve really enjoyed my time here thus far and would highly recommend!
I had a mostly positive experience in my 2.5 years at Palmer house, so I’ll give them 2 stars. I’m passing this review along in regards to how they handled the a situation when I found mold in my apartment. My HVAC units condensate line was clogged, which resulted in water buildup in the plenum below my unit. This resulted in me buying mold tests, which showed that there was mold in every area of the apartment by way of the vents. Candace was awesome to work with. Friendly, funny and very patient. Should we decide to move there, she would be a huge reason!
