Called this business reference possible low freon in my A/C system during "heat index" weather warnings. To my surprise, they responded out the same day and, in fact, several hours earlier than expected. Jacob was the technician who came out. He was professional, courteous, and very personable. Called Palmer’s yesterday and they had a technician (Jacob) here this morning! Jacob was so kind and thoroughly explained the issue before fixing it! He even provided possible next steps and things to look out for in the future. It was my first time using Palmer’s and will absolutely call on them again if needed in the future! Service was quick and efficient— which I appreciate in this summer heat!!! Thanks, Jacob!
