Not quite as ratchet as back in the day. Definitely has came a long way and expanded.
I live here but management is never around and when paying your rent they charge a 15 dollar fee for paying on line...the only way you can pay
Love living here. Only issues are a resident who's car music is so loud it rattles my windows and trash from upstair's apartment constantly landing on my patio!!!! I feel some residents don't care how the grounds look nor do certain residents care about the rules nor taking other residents into consideration. Management is awesome and very friendly.
