TRASH, a one word review. I ordered these roses for my wife at the beginning of February for delivery to her school on Valentine's Day. I paid for all the extras and all the upgrades. I paid for the guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. The upgraded greeting card, a necklace and chocolates, upgraded vase. This is what she received a whole week after Valentine's Day. I had flowers sent to a friend and they looked terrible. I was so embarrassed with the arrangement that was sent and they forgot to send the chocolate that we paid extra for. They only offered $15 when we paid $90. I would never order from them again. This arrangement looked nothing like the picture online.
My husband sent me a vase of winter flowers with white roses, carnations, lily's, purple delphineuns, pinecones and pine. It has lasted 2 weeks and still absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for such a beautiful arrangement.
I can see why there getting poor reviews bad customer service long wait times terrible
I ordered an Orchid for my wife's birthday, and two days later it already dying, we have reached out to customer service and they're of no help, their answer is '' and what do you want me to do about it '' I should have checked the company review before ordering having 2.9 stars explains a lot, I do not recommend avoid or proceed at your own risk. As of right now, they have offered to send a new one but for now, I will keep it at one star if anything improves I will update the review and possible rating but for now they don'... read more
