If I could negative 5 stars I would. I asked Mr Palmer if he could take care of my taxes. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! I gave my tax information of to Palmer about 4 months ago. At the time he told me give him up to 3 days to get it filed. Make a long story short he’s been giving me a run around, he kept tell me it was filed and I should be receiving my refund shortly. SCAM!! BEWARE. We paid our business tax but because it was such a high amount, a friend referred us to Stephan Palmer stating that he could amend it,.reduce the tax and probably get us a refund. We paid $1,500 and after over a year of calling, ending with no response, to their surprise I went there to see what was going on, requested 5 yrs of our business and personal tax documents be returned, and our money refunded to us. Palmer Financial Consultants worked with me to improve my situation. At times I was not satisfied, but they kept trying to resolve any issues I had and continue to resolve future issues I have with the IRS. I will continue to use their services to keep trying to place myself into better situations whether it would be with IRS issues, tax returns, etc.
