Called to have someone come out to tell us if we can install an outlet in or above our chimney to be able to hang a flat screen TV. A gentleman came out about a month ago, said it could be done but would need to have the “estimator” figure out the cost. We were then told that the owner would have to come out first before giving an estimate but we’d have to wait 2 weeks for him to come. Palmer delivered. One of the big box stores screwed me on an appliance installation and my electrician, Steve, stuck with me to make things right. Such a great guy. Great service. Great customer care. Much appreciated.

Asked for switch to turn off and on pool pump. Electrician installed an outlet instead. Caused fire when I plugged it in. Reported to Better Business Bureau. Owner lied and insulted client several times.
