Just went in today and they were phenomenal
Ive been a patient for 8 years. My 3 kids and myself. I can't even explain how I can like the dentist and hygienist, but hate the place. Its cancellation after cancellation. Ive gone whole years without cleanings. Ive had a appointment cancelled while I was in the parking lot. Another while I was driving there. Ive been told I didnt have a appointment one time. I had the appointment card, they said sorry it was not put in the system. Im a single dad. I have to miss work for all of these appointments. Theres always new people... read more
I had been coming here for many years but between rude front desk staff and trying to double charge me for things I had already paid for I had enough and finally learned to not come here. I had a crown done here where the female dentist told me I didn't need a root canal, so i went with what she said and I now have pain all the time where the crown is because I listened to her. I now go to Belchertown Baystate Dental where they are honest and extremely nice!!
I had not seen a dentist in MANY years. I have health issues and my teeth need help. The entire staff was so nice and the dentist took her time and explained a plan of care. Highly recommended!
