Today I ended a VERY longstanding relationship with Dr. Palmer over $50 because of her office staff. I tried to cancel an appointment for my daughter after hours but you aren’t allowed to leave a voicemail. The next day Maria said that I’d be charged $50 for the cancelled visit. I explained my daughter was sick. She still said I’d have to pay due to less than 24 hour notice. I told her to then take me and my husband out (annual skin cancer checks) and she then said she would waive it. I got a b
Not only is Dr. Palmer a terrific and knowledgeable doctor, she has cleared up my cystic acne, post acne scars & uneven skin tone by simplifying my skin regimen instead of pushing creams & treatments as other dermatologist have done. She’s squeezed me in for cystic acne shots if I called on short notice & was very understanding when I had to cancel on short notice a couple of times. If your looking for the best dermatologist, look no further then Dr. Palmer.
