Inept staff Office staff are mostly morons. Every time my pharmacy faxes a refill request, no one knows anything about it. They faxed one on Saturday. I called pharmacy this morning and they had not heard anything. I called doctor's office and they had no record and sent me to their medication manager's voicemail. I left specific info and got no answer. I called back 5-6 hours later and the woman I spoke to asked what medication. I told her. She asked about the wrong medication.. I told her NO, and gave her the correct medic... read more

this office is horrible The dr's are ok but the office staff that they have chosen to surround themselfs with speaks alot about their character. I was witness to many patients that were upset about the staff in the waiting room and it didn't take long till I was the victim. Took days/week to get a call/question returned, the office manager specfically is horrible and I am sure a large part of the problem. I should have known better then to go to an office in a mall, please do not make the same mistake I did.

A+ I have been a patient at Evansville Primary Care for over four years and have always been satisified with the service I've received from the doctors and the staff. It is a very busy office but the staff manages to get things done in a timely manner. The doctors are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The medical assistants on staff are experienced and helpful. It is worth the wait to be seen in this high demand office. They have thousands of patients that would agree to this.

It makes me sick! This office utilizes 4 physicians, 3 of which are are quite pleasant. One of the drs. has poor manners and bad attitude. However the worst thing is the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service given by the office staff. When my family used this facility, each time we were there the office girls were constantly gossiping about patients, co-workers and family. They would often never acknowledge your presence until you speak. It is my opinion the they professional ethics are quite lacking!

My nightmare!! I am glad this nightmare is over!! After 4 years, I finally wised up and found another doctor. I have been extremely over-medicated, treated for things I don't have (including 2 in office surgical procedures), and treated like CRAP by the office staff. I have gone weeks without returned phone calls, and most of the time, my treatments were uncharted. Now, my new doctor is being denied access to my medical records! Run away....fast!!

Pathetic Patient Care As a patient with Fibromyalgia pain, having been a patient for too many years... there are many words to describe my experience with Evansville Primary Care... Lacking ethics and values, lacking concern, compassion, consideration, confidentiality, manipulating, dishonest, unprofessional, over-medicating, arrogant, no empathy, no support, no monitoring, no follow-up/through, completely non-responsive... no respect for the patient or the oath taken to become a health care provider. Not to mention, the off... read more

Excellent Experience I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Evansville Primary Care. I know that my children are in good hands, and would recommend Evansville Primary Care to anyone. The doctors and staff go out of their way to make each visit a pleasant one and someone is always available to answer my questions and concerns.

Evansville Primary Care "you don't have a name you're a number" Wow. Have been an unhappy client for 6 years, but this time I'm done. The office staff is - as described above - arrogant, rude, and does not acknowledge your presence. I have never once called there and not had to leave a voice mail and waited 1-5 days for a return call. Dr. H is normally my doctor - an excellent doctor with an excellent professional manner who's trapped in an office full of jerks. Nurses have attitudes, don't return calls... I was sent to see ... read more
