Was in today 4/14/25 for an oil change, & tire rotation…great service, quick, polite and professional, as always….Patti was right there for me explaining everything. Great service, quick, clean, friendly, respectful and polite. I’ve been a Palmen Jeep driver/customer for a long time, that’s because of the great service! Thank you! :>)
Always went for a oil change. Last time there was Feb 27th for oil change and fix a slow leak in tire. Drove it when we came back from vacation 10 days later. Not good...front tire went flying off going 70 down the hwy. Got towed to nearest garage and told us all our lug nuts were loose all the way around. We had a locking lug on them. They were the last to work on it. $8000 in damage done. Won't ever go back.... becareful with them
