Vibes are off. First time there, getting first oil change on a new Buick purchased from another dealership. The staff in the service department were backed up, but ignored me for a full 5 minutes even though I was the only customer in the office. The employee who eventually checked me in was slightly condescending when answering some of my questions…I walked to my car and just drove away. All phases of the sale were very professional from the salesman to the finance guy.
Service Rep Jason is always a pleasure to wor with. Work is done in a timely manner and it is quality. I would highly recommend this GMC dealer.
It was a pleasant experience appreciated the gentleman at the service desk for listening to my request for special treatment to the appearance of my tires as they had recently been through lots of muddy and dusty more at a landscape business getting boulders for my garden.
