Bought a car today at Palmen Buick GMC in Kenosha. The salesman Jeremy W. Was AMAZING! You hear stories of high pressure salesman, up selling, trying to add on things you don't need or want. Not Jeremy he listened asked questions and was extremely helpful. We were very happy. Go see and talk to Jeremy W. If in need of a car!!
Been coming here for a couple light repairs. As all dealerships go, you should always shop before you decide on large scale repairs. Also, as a note, in this facility, they charge extra for credit card payments. We found this out the hard way after the services were done, and went to the payment window, which is inside the dealership.. That can add up on large bills...Something to consider when thinking about them, servicing your vehicle.
