Closing the deal is the hardest part but going into finance with this company is horrible, look out for Orlando if you get him you better ask for someone else, he is the rudest customer service person you will ever meet. If you plan on asking him a question expect a nasty comment back. Never again sorry guys, but Connor our salesman was absolutely a blessing A+++ from him its just a shame finance ruins it.
Palmen had the selection of vehicles online up to date and accurate. I easily navigated their website looking for the vehicles they had, was able to reach out to someone immediately about 2 of the vehicles, and was able to get in immediately to review the car in person. They set up the appointment around my busy schedule, had everything ready when I arrived, and it took very little time to decide to purchase.
