I had the misfortune of purchasing a 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Veloce from Palmen Alfa Romeo in Kenosha on August 23, 2025, and this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences of my life. Before the sale, I specifically asked their salesman, Lawrence Stepainidis, multiple times if permanent license plates would be provided at the time of purchase. He assured me yes. Since I could drive I have gotten all of my cars from Lawrence Steponitis. He has always taken care of me quickly and efficiently and provided the best deals possible. It’s sad to see him retire but he deserves it! Palmen is a great dealership and I would highly recommend it. Even after Lawrence leaves I will still be coming here for cars.
