Parents please don't send your kids here. They don't care about their employees, so why would they care for your kids? I was in the teenage female unit, there were two special needs girls, they constantly got bullied. The staff, some are complete assholes but honestly, I can't blame them. I can blame them for losing some of my clothes and not informing my mom when I fell on the stairs. ALL we do all day every day is sit in a room; we get maybe 4 hours out of the room spread out through the day, and because of this I end... read more

As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my experience to encourage much-needed improvements. New Management Needed: The current management team falls short in providing adequate support and leadership to the staff. The lack of effective communication and guidance has created a chaotic work environment. New management with a clear vision and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture is desperately needed. Better Treatment for Patients: Patient care should always be the top priority, but unfortunately, this w... read more

I was very please with OV and how they helped my 16 year old son. This was a scary time for me as a single mom who had tried EVERYTHING to help my son with no success until OV . The staff from the initial intake call to the exit everyone was amazing . They kept me informed and were very respondent to all my questions and concerns when I emailed or called. Dr Igbad & Ariel were life savers and helped to get my son back with some long awaited questions that were answered and medicine corrections. Even after my son was dischar... read more

These are the people that do nothing and write about real life patients it's called development of character. None of the illnesses are real in my perspective I am a person who falsely had his reputation destroyed by these people. These places are in my own perspective a pedophile diner for many rich benefactors.

I took my wife to DVH because she had High Blood Pressure. The E/R was able to get her BP under control and she was admitted to the hospital for observation and treatment. The whole staff, whether E/R or Patient area was very professional and caring. .I was impressed by the pass over each shift as well as surroundings in general. Even the food was good! If I had one complaint it would be the television did not have a channel guide :-). I really appreciated the support my wife received during her stay. Thanks to all

I checked myself in because the dr I was under provided me with anti socotic drugs which was wrong. All sounded great until they locked the door behind you it was PURE HELL. They never listened to anything; they treated me like a subpar human. They threw me in a room, never telling you anything or listening to my needs or concerns. I was treated like an inmate at a maximum prison on DEATH ROLL. I wasn't given my money i turned in to use, nor my phone messages. You simply did as they told you to do. Line up, shut up sit down... read more

11/24/2024 Nurse Carlene, or the Charge Nurse, was very rude and unaccommodating to my sister, a patient . The provider, prescribed furosemide for my sister and instructions to nursing staff to keep her Door Open and allow her access to the restroom. Unfortunately, Nurse Carlene did not acknowledged Doctor’s orders and caused my sister a major hardship. How are patients to recover according to the care plan, when clinicians take upon themselves to di as they please? Treatment therapy’s may consist of medication or behavior t... read more

If you want to feel like a locked-up CRIMINAL, this is the place for you. Multiple staff members lied/or gave vague answers about what you could bring and then take away most of your belongings they said you could bring and lock them up. Prepare to have your packed suitcase dumped hastily into tons of paper bags after you get there and shown to your room. When you VOLUNTARILY enter a rehab facility to get healthy, and it's not court ordered, make sure you do your research on this one or wear good running shoes, and memorize ... read more
