The doctor I see right now is trying to get me on the right medications, and dosages. My problem is every year I get a different doctor, and some have been bad. It’s the closest clinic to me so I stay but they need to fix it. Having to explain myself over and over is a stressful experience every time.

Absolutely horrible. Rescheduled my appointment 3 times in a row for over booking.

Yo tengo referencia del otro Departamento Salud Mental porque Quería hacer Cita con ustedes en este centro de salud mental traigo a mis hijos a Terapia y me recomendó con ustedes pero el lunes que vaya a llevar a mi hija me voy a quejar de ustedes que no atienden las llamadas y solo lo tienen a uno esperando que clase de servicio tienen también voy a llamar al 211 para presentar una queja

My meds work. My doctor is cool but the ladies at the front desk should be fired. I called twice to schedule an appointment and both times they didn't even answer they just put me on hold and forgot about me. They are terrible. I bet they drop more than 100 call a day.

I had a horrible experience with the service. My doctor left without informing me, and now I can't get an appointment until March 7. They won't refill my medications, forcing me to stop them abruptly. There is a lack of empathy from the staff, including the supervisors. I'm trying to improve myself and take positive steps forward, but their actions are making my situation worse. I don't have the means to go anywhere else or travel, and they know I'm homeless and lack stability. This is not acceptable.
