if i could give it a 0 star i would, whoever is deleting my reviews for telling the truth will see my lawyer, the desk ladies are RUDE and staff isnt any help, they have hung up on me and has told me they dont have any records about my daughter even when i KNOW shes there because i personally took my time to put her in there. Not only that but it took forever having to call for appointments.
Absolutely dreadful service. Karen was my therapist, a very cold human being, she only cared about getting me on medication. They need a better system.
The doctor I see right now is trying to get me on the right medications, and dosages. My problem is every year I get a different doctor, and some have been bad. It’s the closest clinic to me so I stay but they need to fix it. Having to explain myself over and over is a stressful experience every time.
Absolutely horrible. Rescheduled my appointment 3 times in a row for over booking.
