I've always had a positive experience with the doctors and staff. They go above and beyond to assist clients and are gentle with my small Yorkie. No complaints or concerns here.
May 2018 I am changing my review from April 2018. Since the little unfortunate incident, Dr Connor called me immediately and addressed the situation, followed by a personal letter from Dr Bystrom Sr on behalf of Drs Connor and Gardner. The personal call and letter speaks volume of the doctors in Palma Sola. They take their value clients and patients and take their work seriously. Dr. Bystrom and his son/his staff are hands down who I trust implicitly with my animals. Their knowledge and experience radiate any time I am there- it is crystal clear that they are true professionals. If you are searching for an established vet, this IS the place to go.
