He has numerous lawsuits against him and an arrest warrant for taking clients money. Well I guess they were never clients if he took the deposit and ran with it. Don’t use Julio

Hired him in January to replace furnace and install a/c. Furnace job was complete but said a/c could not be installed until weather broke. It is now May 31st and no a/c. Finally, he scheduled the install on a rainy day and then said he could not do it because of the rain. Another excuse was his mother had emergency hip surgery. He also couldn't call me back because of issues with a new phone. Communication is lacking - does not return calls or texts. My recommendation - call Crown Heating. JD Palma is a thief.

I am typically not the type to write a poor review for a business or an individual. In fact, I think this is my first time doing so. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt whenever I can and understand things come up - life happens. However, I feel as though this review is warranted. Palma Heating & Air installed central AC in my house in 2020. From the beginning, the communication between the owner and his workers was really unreliable. This company is so awesome! They came to my apartment and installed a new HVAC replaced an ancient system. Truly I can’t thank them enough for their tenacity to get the job done and done with excellence!
