Nice place to live, w/d needs improvement! Beautiful grounds & colorful landscaping that are extremely well maintained, and well-built new construction which is hard to come by in this area. On-site maintenance is fabulous and very responsive. No carports as of yet which can be hard to keep car clean and I imagine will be very hot in summer.
