Have lived her for about 9 months now and I love it here. John and Eli are both very friendly and quick to help resolve any issues (which is rare if there are any). I am unsure of the maintenance mans name but he is amazing as well. I have recommended Palm west to a ton of people because of the people alone. The apartments themselves are very spacious and while the trash area does fill up quick the garbage trucks come more than once a week so it’s taken care of quickly. 100% recommend for family’s.
