Steven is not your typical realtor. He is both well versed in the market inventory and a strong advocate for you as a client. He takes time up front to ascertain what the client wants and what constraints (school district, budget, turn key or fixer upper) are present. During showings he provides a candid assessment of pros and cons for each listing. I wish he had been our agent for all previous home sales and purchases.
