入住前没有告知有工程，花園未能享用，工地安全設備不足，沒有圍欄及反光告示，停車場範圍縮減沒有通知，令車輪沾上混凝土。有天早上用混凝土車堵塞主要出口沒有事前通知，令行程受阻。房間經理没有作岀賠償之餘，無理收取2400AUS维修費，沒有諮詢工程人士沒有合理價錢。 謊話連篇，工地現場根本沒有照明設施，没有圍欄，安全設施嚴重不足。(付上相片有開啟電話照明）
