The amount of time that I had to wait from my appointment Time to have my two year-old baby checked was just beyond annoying and outrageous. Good dentistry, though a good place, but somebody needs to work on time management and scheduling because the amount of time that I had to wait for something that only lasted not even 15 minutes.. super annoying
We have been going here for maybe 3 years now and they are soooo so kind and patient with my kids. We usually see Dr. Alex and he is friendly and very easy going. The kids have had a great experience from everybody on their team. We have had 4 teeth pulled and they have new technology where they don’t need to do shots of novocaine! It’s a funny tool that freezes the tooth somehow. My son did great with that, we did also pay for the nitrous for him too. Me and my fiance brought our son in today after he fell and hit his face and had two of his teeth falling out. They immediately took us in and we were able to get everything handled very quickly and professionally. I have only been here once but I am going to be a continued customer from here on out. They comforted me when I was have anxiety and reassured us we did the right thing. It was a five star experience all around.
