The first day we realized we would get there a little early so we reached out to see if we could check in at 2:30 pm instead of 4 pm. After a few hours we were told by the owners to contact someone else, Amanda the property manager. I book stay at Windsor hill through them.Unit was smell on mold and pool was very dirty there was snake on the pool.We contacted Airbnb and canceled.While i was waiting outside on the parking lot in my car looking for another place stay some person got there blocking my car yelling and screaming why canceled the unit because of snake like is no big deal .What lack of unprofessional and not cleaning maintained their units.Avoid booking through them. My sister, nephews and parents stayed at Windsor Hills in unit 102 while they were visiting Disney to watch my daughter dance. Their unit was dirty and disgusting including the walls and dishes (that hadn't been washed!!) among other things. The icing on the cake was finding MAGGOTS in their bedding after they had been sleeping there for nearly a week! ABSOLUTELY disgusting and unacceptable.
