I absolutely love coming to this salon as much as I can! Chloe is the sweetest and is so attentive. She’s got a great eye and is super helpful when you can be indecisive. The rest of the staff are the kindest and truly make you feel welcome. I wholly recommend!!
VERY RUDE!!! I called to get a price on about how much a fill is and she kept saying “just come in” and I said I would like a range and she hung up. what a SCAM, I asked for just a range. Why would I come in if I’m going to get charged clearly way too much and waste my time.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Palm Tree Nails. I was looking for a new nail spot in Jersey (I used to go in NYC, but my nail tech left), and I really wanted to like this spot. It’s clean and modern inside, but the service is atrocious. I made an appointment on 3/19 at 1:15 for SNS/ Dip. The appointment was confirmed 2 days prior, and then 45 minutes before the appointment I receive a text asking me to come early because my nails are going to take awhile. I absolutely love this nail salon! It has that exclusive boutique feel that you don’t get from any other salons. You don’t feel rushed at all. Your experience is catered to you and the final product is wonderfully perfect.
