Service so bad it was comical. Luckily I was in a good mood today. Girlfriend and I ordered 2 caprese sandwiches, diet coke and capppuccino. Over an hour to get our order out. Waitress had to make our sandwiches herself (she forget the prosciutto). Several other parties in the restaurant complained of bad service and missing ingredients in their orders. What an overall lousy experience. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. Called 5 days in advance to confirm. When we got there 30 minutes early, I was told "we were not supposed to take reservations" on this night. But it would be 45min to an hour. No problem. A similar party walked in ahead of us and were told 20 min. When they sat us (30 min. past our reservation time) they sat the other party as well...a minute before us. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND WONDERFUL MEAL!
We really don't know from where to start, we've (family) been there many times, haven't had a bad meal there and under the current management don't expect any. Wonderful place to eat, drink and enjoy your self.
There were four of us celebrating a friend's birthday and the experience was doomed from the start. We were there for a late lunch, about 2:00. The menus given to us were a mix of lunch and dinner, and one of us received an incomplete menu. After a couple of tries, the server got the menus straightened out.
