Has to be the worst dentist in Springhill. Holes in the walls duck tape on all the chairs. 70 % of the staff hate their jobs and have an attitude problem. I took my son and daughter in there doctor called my daughter a he I corrected her. She goes “oh she has nice hair “🙄 her ASSistant had my blood boiling. The way she was talking to MY KIDS (you would have thought she was the grandma or the mother ) . I had to get up and leave before it got ugly in there you don’t deserve one star but it won’t let me post without it
Think twice before choosing Kids First Dental in Lancaster SC. Very poor customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. Today my daughter, Kristina, drove over an hour for an appointment, and they would not see her for a cleaning because I wasn't there to sign her paperwork. Update 2/3/23 - The VA Board of Health/Dentistry just called and spoke with me about the incident and they will be taking action against this practice. In addition, when I called 2 weeks ago to see when his next appt would be in order to schedule with another practice, I was told that we would not be allowed to return based on my reviews of the practice. Horrible experience! I will not take my son here again, the doctor didn’t wait for the anesthesia to kick in and pull my son’s teeth, he was crying and when I told the doctor he said he was almost done. They called me to confirm the next appointment and I told them about our experience and asked them if they could make sure the anesthesia kick in the doctor told me “maybe you need to take your son to another office “. Well, I will.
Linda is amazing I've been there over 20 years and she always does a great job on my teeth and she makes it very comfortable for me cuz I don't like dentist but I go there with a smile and leave with a smile and she's a very wonderful person tries to help you as much as she can he goes above and beyond the call of duty.
On September 1st I was finished with my dental work at Palm Tree Dental in New Port Richey. Through the process I had a bit less work done than what I had paid for, $157.00. At that time I asked for a refund for the $157.00. I went back four weeks later to find out when my refund might be coming. They checked on it for me and said it was coming. I have taken my children here for 1.5 years . I have meet some good technicians and gave a good review . But I am tired of being questioned every time I come in whether I am the child’s mother. My children are adopted I am older . I did give the office my Picture ID as well as the official adoption paperwork. Which they have a copy . This is a good business and has great people the waits a little long but good service and the orthodontist is great I’ve been going here for 14 years
I visited today to see a very clean waiting room, a friendly desk assistant and the great work of Dr Godoy and her assistant Rebekah. Still glad i have been their patient for about 20 years now!
