First time attending this dentist office and I had a GREAT experience. It was my son’s first dental visit and they were so gentle and all the staff loved my son! I did let them know that I had a sensitive gag reflex and they were very gentle with me and talked me through every tool they were using. I highly recommend attending this family friendly facility!

While I'm sure the dentist did a great job technically, the way he spoke to my daughter left something to be desired. The techs were sweet but my daughter (6) was terrified while getting a filling. The techs had told her she could have a break when she needed but I had to step in and ask for a break for her and more anesthetic despite her obviously being in pain. Then she was crying and he told her "stop shaking." Young children cry when they are scared and in pain. I was not very happy. When we left she told me "that was th... read more
