Not too bad, but seems to have issues in the billing dept. Dentist was nice and the front staff. Was able to get me in on short notice.

We loved Palm Tree Dental when we first started going but as time has passed their customer service is awful. Very rude and disrespectful people, then we finally had had enough they wouldn't even give us our records. Would never recommend.
Lacking in customer service especially the dentist himself. Not fond of going to the dentist in the first place but he made the experience more unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there.
Excellent dental center! I have had only positive experiences at Palm Tree Dental and have been pleased with the care and concern shown to me. The office is clean, the employees are personable and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them highly!
My experiences with Palm Tree Dental have always been pleasant, I have found the dentists and staff to be courteous and professional. Over the years, I have needed a few extractions and some implants in addition to regular exams and cleanings. I plan to continue to have my dental hygiene needs handled at Palm Tree Dental. The decor is indicative of a caring management and staff.
I have been a patient at Palm Tree Dental for almost 10 years. The staff are professional, polite and concerned for the comfort of patients. Appointments have always been made to fit my schedule. Most importantly, my goal of retaining almost all of my original teeth, has been achieved. I think this is rather unusual at age 84 plus. In addition the feedback obtained from friends I have recommended has been favorable as well.
So grateful to finally find an office that cares. This summer I came to Palm Tree with a Dental emergency. I did not have the funds to complete treatment, as I am a teacher and out of work for the summer. Rather than postponing my treatment, the manager arranged payment options to accommodate me. I left without pain and peace of mind. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Palm Tree Dental Center.
I have received dental care at Palm Tree Dental for many years. They are excellent. The dentists and the staff are professional and knowledgeable with many yearst experience. They provide great care and thorough explanations of their plan of care. They are gentle and kind to nervous patients like me. The center is very clean, modern and well maintained. If you're looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend them.
