I was waiting in the middle of the road There was a whole bunch of cars coming by I saw the driver was he was pulling up and he saw me and I was waiting for the car to go by and I will wave my hand in the air to get his attention to let him know that I'm coming on the bus but I can't come over cuz there's so many cars passing then as I'm running across he takes off and I have to yell at the bus and bang on the bus for him to stop and he still kind of kept going I don't understand this it was less than 10 seconds INSANE.... 6... read more
Absolutely unacceptable and terrifying experience on Route 91 Westbound. On May 8th around 2:00 PM, the driver stopped the bus mid-route and aggressively confronted me, falsely accusing me of taking a "missing item." I repeatedly told him I did not have the item and even offered to let him search all of my bags to prove my innocence. He bizarrely weirdly told me "it won't do any good," but continued to harass me after I showed him my bag. Shittiest bus service maybe ever, buses are never on time and if you’re real lucky you’ll be on one that just breaks down in the middle of the road, don’t depend on this service, it’s clearly run by people who don’t care
Bus 2201 ROUTE 1 going south 3:30pm, October 22nd, just leaving GARDENS MALL on PGA BLVD- a trainer on this bus treated some older homeless(maybe only poor) lady with 2 bags like utter trash. Scowled at her, berated her and told her to get her grocery bag, which she was diving into looking for her card, i assume, off the area he was leaning on to instruct a new female driver. I mean geez, was ALL THAT NECESSARY to an older lady already struggling with two heavy bags??? Really? What a horrible human being. Period!
