Hong is a master at her craft. I’m sometimes a bit of a wimp when receiving deep tissue massage but she manages to distract with intellectually stimulating anecdotes while her elbows carry out the painful yet necessary work.
Hong is a true sadist....absolutely devoted to her craft...you have never had a true deep tissue leg massage until you've had a session with her. Speaking as a long-time cyclist, 90 minutes was barely enough. WILL COME BACK!

Nid is the only therapist to actually fix my shoulder and hip issues. She has a detailed understanding of joints and uses this to relieve pain and tension. I am very grateful to her and would highly recommend a session with her
