I’ve had such a great experience living at palm terrace! The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I need something. Briza the lady in the office always goes above and beyond for the residents! I also love the resident events, it’s nice to be surrounded by a great community!
Maitnance staff has improved so much
Unlawfully attempting to evict tenants and treating them with extreme unprofessionalism should not be tolerated or allowed to continue. Ms. Cortez should be held accountable for these behaviors. Threatening to take money for rent while still saying they will be evicted is abhorrent.
Shady, and illegal activity going on trying to evict tenants after they paid.. please don't waste your time applying to live here... Absolutely unprofessional management.
