The service provided by the new administration (Silvia and Lucy) is excellent; they make an effort to improve every detail and offer a wonderful welcome upon your arrival.
I want to give a big shout out to the new management Silvia and Lucy these two ladies have came in here and cleaned up the place the pool and laundry room is looking excellent they have been amazing. Working with tenants needs. The last 2 years were awful the managed that was here before didn't do anything.. I am so grateful that we have new management that are on top of things. It's about time we got great management here at Palm terrace.. thank you two ladies for everything you do

I came to look at Palm Terrace with my grandma and we just loved it. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, my grandma felt safe and calm right away.🙌🏻 The management team was very kind and welcoming. They answered our questions and made us feel comfortable. You can tell they really care about the residents.💐 I also loved hearing about all the events they have, Pam showed us the newsletter and it was great. It seems like such a sweet community where neighbors actually know each other.❤️❤️❤️
