We have used Palm State Property Management to manage our vacation rental for almost 2 years and I can not say enough good things about them! They are always very prompt and courteous with any maintenance situations that pop up. We have amazing reviews from guest that stay in our home. It is very hard to find such great property managers. I feel very lucky to be able to work with them! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

We were guests at a house managed by Palm State Property. When we returned to the house early evening, there was a beeping smoke alarm so we called the emergency line and were told that someone would be down between 8 pm and 9 pm to deal with this. There was a nasty storm but at 8 pm there was a ring at the door and someone from Palm State was there. He came in with his ladder, changed the batteries, and told us to have a nice evening.
