Joe Browning is utterly UNRELIABLE. He not only cancelled at last minute to clear out a toilet, but he rescheduled the next day and cancelled again at the last minute before a MAJOR holiday--Thanksgiving. He did this to a paying tenant--MY CUSTOMER who relies on me to get repair issues resolved. I expect my tenants to pay on time, and they expect me to service repairs on a timely manner and Joe left me in a BAD spot. DO NOT USE this guy.
Joe is one of the best. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He won't give you a "run for your money", and he won't take shortcuts. Replacing the tub handles turned out to be a slightly bigger project, but Joe took care of me regardless. Thank you, Joe!!
