Beware. Team of one with zero employees. If you need repairs , expect to wait for him to find someone unlicensed and cheap ,instruct them to do shoddy work and it may take months .I do not know if he profits from doing the same repairs repeatedly, but I think that may be one of the reasons.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. This man told me via phone and text that he accepted my offer on a condo and would draw up the contract. When I arrived to sign in person, he was in the process of selling it to someone else! Extremely shady - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Palm State Management: Greg Copeland - Avoid doing business w/this man & company. - Damage deposit was also to be used for utility bills w/remainder to be refunded. - Almost 11 months after leaving, still outstanding balance owing & NO documentation provided. - Refuses to communicate by e-mail & has hung up phone calls 3 times, refusing to discuss. - BBB complaint available for review on their website: concluded "The business responded to the dispute but failed to make a good faith effort to resolve it."
