Nice, relaxing and great amenities. Great complex near shopping, areal tram and downtown.
At the pool nearby the C building, there's a man (late 30s/early 40s) who comes by with his two sons (approx. 8 and 12 years old.) This man gulps pool water into his mouth and spits it all over the concrete area around the pool, and also into the pool itself. He spits about once every minute. I asked him to stop, and he was extremely rude. I couldn't understand everything he said, because he has a very heavy accent. He and his sons were throwing a football in the pool. it is a nice clean safe place to live when I moved into the rent was 650 7 years ago now the rent is 1100 the association fees are up to $400 great place to live for a couple but it's getting way too expensive for what you get

Very clean property quiet and just peaceful! I love I had one of the pools all to myself I love this place will definitely be coming back here to visit I give this condo and property 5 stars
