Yes and No! I cannot contact anyone in the service department. My car is in great condition. I keep up on the maintenance. They called us regarding a large recall. Subaru will provide a car for 3 to 4 days. Sounded fair. Called us and told us that they found an issue that they could remedy today for $1600. If we wait it will cost $2400. Sounds to me like they want me to pay for the recall. Very unhappy!
Bought a 2019 Forrester and love it. Stacey in service is superior and I would highly recommend this dealership and the technology of this car. I feel very safe in it and love the way it handles.
What has happened to the customer service in your service department? My wife called on Monday to schedule an appointment for her car and as of today (Thursday) nobody has bothered to call her back. This is not the first time this lack of response has occurred. We made another attempt today (Friday) to talk to someone in the service department but AGAIN had to leave a voicemail. Great experience with Cesar at Palm Springs Subaru! I bought the Crosstrek of my dreams and took it off-roaring the first night. The General Manager, Bill was also kind and personable. I ❤️ my new Subaru!
Worst customer service in the valley! Unfriendly, they talk to customers without respect because they know it’s the only Subaru dealership in the area. I wish there was another Subaru dealership in the Coachella Valley. They don’t fix things when the car is under warranty and then when you try to use your extended warranty that you paid good money for they charge exorbitant “diagnostic fees”!
