Am having a terrible experience with Palm Spring Subaru and leasing manager Bill Taylor trying to straighten out the return of my leased Subaru Legacy vehicle back on 11/12/19. Bill did not provide me at the time with the proper paperwork or notification of required filing with Chase Bank and DMV.When I asked for paperwork then, Blls aid, none needed. That's it. Fantastic service. After we were done I asked Lucy, who happens to be my Subaru Impreza, and she was very happy about her service. She said that the dealership made her feel at home, which is good because Lucy is shy. The service department took great care of my car and scheduling was a cinch! The service department was able to provide a 30k service for me as a drop in! The service department was busy, but they made time for me and as a Subaru owner from another state it was a smooth transaction.
