Everyone at this office is awesome! I needed an appointment for teeth that were bothering me. They fit me in the same day I called!

Steve has cleaned my teeth several times. He is very professional and friendly. I often ask him questions re the status of my teeth, what he is seeing, etc., and he responds with good info so I have a clear understanding of my condition. I will see him again and again as the future rolls out. He is excellent. The 4/27 appointment also included a review by Dr. Shepherd. My comments re Steven also apply to Scott. He is excellent. I feel fortunate that I have such a good dental team.

I have been to many dentists over the years. None come close. The staff is warm and caring; the dental staff is skilled and gentle and the facilities are modern and have the latest equipment.

I have been going to Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for 4 years. I have NEVER had customer service ANYWHERE ever. PETA the office manager is Amazing and all of the personnel are great. The moment you walk in you would think Wow, they really run a great business, and you are their priority. Love the Dentists as well. Very gentle and professional.
Dealing with Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is always top notch. Consistently friendly staff, technicians. Great group of people.

The caring and compassion exhibited by the entire staff can not be duplicated or be beat! Starting with Peta at the front desk, you are immediately put at ease. Whether you are there for a routine cleaning or multiple crowns, you are assured of your comfort and confidence from one and all in the office. I've been to a lot of dentists in my 66 years and I am, at last, happy with everything involved, with my mouth and Scott's team. May we enjoy a great relationship for years to come!!
