Everyone at Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing. They all go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. Dr Shepard and Rubin spent a lot of time with me on various appointments to make sure I was happy with the work and the outcome and I couldn't be happier. Trish is amazing too, she's a very caring and gentle hygienist.
It was my first time at PS Family Dental. From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We didn't have to wait before being escorted back. Very professional and well organized office. Afterwards, the office made a referral for me and booked the appt while We waited. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The office environment, the equipment, and especially the staff, are all first class! The friendly assistants and doctors are always on time and always more than courteous. I never leave with an unanswered question or concern. You guys are the best!
