Unorganized, Terrible Customer Service, Lies, Never Again!!! – I payed a lot of money (over $1000) to stay here for two nights as well as about that much for deposit. I had one problem after a next, they completely ignored me, never called me back when they said they would and promised me a refund for the nonheated pool but after I checkout did not bother to refund me and ignored all my emails in regards to it.
