I've been a resident here off and on since I was 21 years old this is the worst this property has ever been as far as management goes. This property was acquired by peak living a couple of years ago. Ever since the company took over It's been nothing but lies and a bottomless pit. We are still on John Stewart leases that were supposed to be switched over to peak living and it's been years! Nice residents, great management. Maintainance for the most part is very fast.
Hesitantly post here because of possible retribution.
Prior these were: Mold; unstable electrical power; water supply-hopeless (not often Hot Water, mostly cold!); poormanagement; frequent Loud noises; & other problems. Then, City, County, & state took it over-Re-did all Major problems! Then, the repaired costs were Alot! Thus, rentals are vastly improved-especially MOLD remedies on most walls! Nice units now.
