This is a HUD property for seniors and disabled. It's a lovely place and they just reopened the waiting list.
It has wonderful people and needs a few more helping hands and knowledgeable help in the office and on the ground and it could use a good update between kitchens and bathrooms. I know they updating the floors and lighting.
Don and Leticia along with Art and Geo have turned this place around tremendously! I wouldn't want to live any place else.

I would like to thank the management team at Palm Springs Pointe ,Don and Leticia for immediately replacing my broken air conditioner in the height of the summer heat.. The great maintenance Team Art and Gio did a phenomenal job of installing it quickly and proficiently as they always do with all maintenance issues.
