Hesitantly post here because of possible retribution.
Prior these were: Mold; unstable electrical power; water supply-hopeless (not often Hot Water, mostly cold!); poormanagement; frequent Loud noises; & other problems. Then, City, County, & state took it over-Re-did all Major problems! Then, the repaired costs were Alot! Thus, rentals are vastly improved-especially MOLD remedies on most walls! Nice units now.
Nice quiet senior living apartments
This is a HUD property for seniors and disabled. It's a lovely place and they just reopened the waiting list.
