Excellent company and service techs!! I can't say enough nice things about them!. Thank you to David and Josh for the professional and personable job you did for us! A former company came out and just made the problem worse. These guys came out within the time frame they told my husband, went out and got the parts needed and had our master bathtub in working order all within an hour or so! Horrible. They couldn’t fix the problem and charged us ridiculous amount for a part that’s only $75 at Walmart. They charged $500 each time and it broke more than 3 times and it’s the weekend. Don’t call these people.
They're very prompt at coming out. The problem is I didn't need all the work they said..all that was needed was a screwdriver and someone to adjust the pressure in the pressure tank. That's it..Quoted $312 and never sent an email. Oh, well, Nice try!!!!
David Duran did a very good job installing my icemaker water line. He was very clean neat and organized. He took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you for your help.
