I dropped my car off for service then went to have drinks with the girls....forgot to come back. She called me at 5:00 which is her closing time but she waited until I finished my drink, made the 15 mile drive back to Palm Springs, and picked up my car. She was even smiling when I came in. You don't get much of that around this town!

I was in search of a user car and stumbled into Palm Springs Infiniti. The sales person who helped me was very patient and understanding. As a girl looking for my first car, I was skeptical about purchasing a car way over my budget. He was patient and understanding. He walked me through a couple of cars that fit my lifestyle and daily needs. When I finally decided on the car I wanted, he was able to work out a budget I was comfortable with.

I got a call out of the blue from them on Sunday, saying they had some great deals they were offering and since I've been a loyal customer and I only had about 8 months left on my lease, they could take my car back now and not rollover the 8 months of remaining payments and just hand me over a new car with lower payments and no out-of-pocket cost.
