We first engaged Geoff as our realtor to acquire a second home in Palm Springs 6 months ago. He guided us on the various neighborhoods and property types, keeping us posted on suitable new homes coming on the market. He was knowledgeable in all the complicated real estate laws and HOA rules in Palm Springs. Once we identified the home we wanted to purchase he was excellent in shepherding us through the process.
