Geoff was great to work with right from the start. He listened to us, offered advice and knowledge on the area. He patiently answered all of our questions and requests. I highly recommend him for your next home purchase.
Geoff was communicative and proactive. He used a virtual staging tool that showcased the property and made it sing. He was able to connect local service people to get work done requested by the buyers and have it done promptly and reasonably priced. Geoff was excellent in preparing the property, showcasing it and getting eyeball on it. Many agents just take a listing and let the MLS do the rest. Geoff isnt that type of agent. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. And so should you!
