The definition of a slum. We have had many issues with repairs here, most notably the lack of hot running water! We have requested regularly, for over a year, to have our plumbing repaired. Meanwhile, our rent has been increased periodically, as much as contractually possible. We have termites that have made our stairs unsafe to walk on.
